We offer services, tools, and trainings to help improve the accessibility of your digital content. Digital content includes websites, PDFs or Word documents, videos, social media, and more. Our team has a variety of experience in accessibility guidelines, website and course design, user experience, content strategy, and more. We also maintain UNC’s Digital Accessibility Policy and two related standards.

Tools
Check out our Toolbox and Top 10 Tips to help you improve the accessibility of your digital content. These tools make the process of learning about and testing for accessibility easier. UNC websites can be added to Siteimprove for assessments, solutions, and tracking of improvements over time.
